At GIL STAUFFER we know that our staff is our most important asset. For this reason, over the years we have been concerned with adapting our human resources to the needs of the market.

We have specific training plans in the technical field and we implement recycling programmes as often as necessary. In addition, all staff in the international department are fluent in English and are able to attend to customers in other languages such as French, German, Italian, etc.
