GIL STAUFFER Tenerife has transferred the work of the David Lloyd to participate in the celebration of the 15th Santa Cruz Comic Fair of Tenerife.
The transfer was carried out from Dover - coastal town in the county of Kent in the south-east of England - to Santa Cruz de Tenerife - port city on the island of Tenerife in the archipelago of the Canary Islands, where GIL STAUFFER has own delegation.
The exhibition took place between 29 November and 2 December at the La Recova Art Centrehaving coincided with the 30th anniversary of "V for Vendetta"one of the most influential graphic novels in the world of sequential art, which was illustrated by David Lloyd. This illustration is considered a work of art in the world of comics and various actions have been carried out to pay tribute to it. Among others, the presence of the author himself, who came to see a sample of his own work.
